November 2014 Presenters

Andrew Bernard

Spurred on by the experience of working in the wrong job(s) for 17 years, Andrew realised that early guidance or experiences would have helped him make better choices with his life, rather than drifting. Through his passion and the desire to work with people, he set up Innovative Enterprise to deliver exciting and different enterprise, business and development workshops and resources to organisations and schools in the UK. The strapline is Bringing the Future to Life - which sums up what they do! In the past 9 years they have worked with over 64,250 people in colleges, schools and businesses.

Paradigm Shift Management is a young company who’s founder has a proven track record in managing projects, delivering change programmes and bringing stakeholders together to deliver a common goal. In all of our work, we look to bring employability to the fore and are heavily involved in delivering the Humber’s skills agenda.

We strongly believe that everyone has a part to play when it comes to preparing young people for the world of work. Through our own work, the work of the Employability Charter which we are proud to manage across the Humber and the work of our founder Ann Newlove, we are raising the profile of employability skills and are bringing business and education together to ensure that our young people are prepared for what awaits them outside the school gates.
